Custom-haul requests

Submitting the haul request form is an enquiry, not an order, a reservation or an obligation to pay. We review availability and the available product and quality information, then provide the proposed items, total price including applicable taxes and delivery charges, delivery arrangements and applicable terms before you decide whether to order. A request does not guarantee that an item can be sourced.

A photo review is a review of the available supplier information; it is not an independent laboratory test or a brand authentication certificate. Any specific promise about a product must be confirmed in the written offer. This does not limit the seller's responsibility for goods matching the agreed description or mandatory consumer rights.

Product descriptions, sizes, prices, and availability are shown on the relevant product pages. Please review these details before ordering.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automatic order-received email acknowledges receipt; your order is accepted when we send an order-acceptance confirmation.

If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euro and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise in accordance with law. Shipping charges and any other payable charges are disclosed before you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery destinations, charges, and estimated times are described in our Shipping Policy. Any different delivery period for a preorder will be disclosed before purchase.

Cancellations and returns

For ordinary clothing purchases delivered to EU consumers, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Notify us at clssellssbusiness@gmail.com using a clear statement of your decision. You may use the withdrawal form below, but this is not compulsory. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

You bear the direct return shipping costs only where we informed you of this before purchase. We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

We refund payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without additional fees.

You may inspect items as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Faulty or incorrect products

If an item is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, contact clssellssbusiness@gmail.com. Your statutory rights include a minimum two-year legal guarantee for new goods. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund, without charge as required by law.

Complaints and applicable law

Send complaints to clssellssbusiness@gmail.com or Baross utca 13, Budaörs, 2040, Hungary. We handle complaints within the applicable statutory deadlines.

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence or restrict their statutory rights to bring proceedings.

Changes

Updated terms apply to future orders. Your order remains subject to the terms in effect when it was placed.
