Questions

Do I pay when I send my request?

No. First we review your references and sourcing options. You receive the agreed details and an invoice before payment. We order after payment.

What should my photos show?

Use clear photos of the exact product. Include front and back views, the colourway, logos and any important details. Add a product link if you have one.

What does the quality review include?

We review the available product details, measurements and quality photos during sourcing. Any additional checks or limitations are discussed before you approve the order.

Can I request several items?

Yes. Attach exact photos of the pieces and match the sizes to the photo numbers. You can also send a PDF containing your reference images.

When will I know the price and delivery time?

We confirm the quote and expected delivery details after reviewing your selection, before you pay.
